| Computerized Maintenance Management System - CMMS |
SPBS utilizes Tiscor's Medi-Mizer System, a detailed computerized equipment management program. This program tracks three major areas:
- The equipment inventory (details manufacturer, model number, and serial number)

- Scheduled maintenance (schedules PM inspections based on risk factors)

- Equipment repair history (maintains records of the cost of ownership throughout the lifespan of the equipment).

With this program, we are able to offer detailed documentation that not only satisfies the numerous regulatory agencies, but also assists in curtailing the expenses of purchasing new equipment. |
SPBS provides comprehensive preventive maintenance, electrical safety and performance testing inspections that enhances your equipment’s reliability & performance as well as satisfying Medicare, The Joint Commission and NFPA requirements.
INSPECTIONS: We offer programs that inspect medical devices for the necessary intervals based on the area as well as the device. These inspections will help to ensure the performance of your equipment, while providing a high degree of electrical safety for patients and staff members.

SPBS provides medical gas pipe system inspection, performance testing and repair services, which satisfy JCAHO and Medicare annual requirements. Upon request, we provide estimates for inspection, repair and calibration of your gas pipe system.
